A few answers before we talk about youragoals, your schedule, and what kind of support would help you most.
This is health & nutrition coaching. I will help you build a nutrition plan, understand what to focus on, and stay consistent. The goal is not to hand you a random meal plan and hope you follow it. The goal is to help you build better habits and make progress in real life.
No. Some people like more structure, and others need more flexibility. We will build the right level of structure for you based on your goals, schedule, food preferences, and what you can realistically follow.
No. Weight loss does not require cutting out every food you like. We will focus on better choices, portions, protein, consistency, and building a plan you can actually live with.
No. I work with people at many different starting points. Some clients are just getting started. Some have tried many diets before. Some are dealing with low energy, stress eating, digestion issues, medical concerns, or years of starting over.
Yes, I can help you build better nutrition habits while respecting the guidance of your doctor or healthcare team. I do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for medical conditions, but I can help you create more structure with food, habits, weight loss, and consistency.
Exercise can help, but nutrition is usually the main driver of weight loss. If exercise makes sense for your goals and current ability, we can include simple activity or training guidance. The plan will be based on where you are starting.
We will talk through your goals, your current eating habits, what you have already tried, and where you keep getting stuck. I will ask questions, give you honest feedback, and explain whether Momentum Method is the right fit.
Yes. If you'll be speaking to them about participating in this program afterwards, then absolutely have them on the call. If your spouse or partner helps with meals, grocery shopping, scheduling, support, or decision-making, they are welcome to join the call. It can actually help when the people closest to you understand the plan and how to support you.
Yes. Coaching can be done remotely through calls, check-ins, messaging, and ongoing support. You do not need to live near me to get help. The last 12 years of my career have been exclusively online coaching.
That depends on the coaching option that fits you best. The goal is to give you the right amount of structure, accountability, and support so you are not trying to figure everything out alone. We will have many 1:1 calls and daily text support throughout our coaching program!
How fast can I expect to lose weight?
That depends on your starting point, consistency, health history, schedule, and follow-through. Some clients see progress quickly. Others need more time to build consistency first. The goal is steady weight loss you can maintain.
That is common. Most people come to me after trying to lose weight on their own. Past struggles do not mean you cannot succeed. It usually means you need a clearer plan, better support, and more accountability.
That is normal. The call is not about judging you. It is about understanding where you are, what you need, and whether I can help. We start with your real life, not some perfect version of it.
